According to the Daily Mail a Minneapolis man describes how Derek Chauvin beat and shot him at close range,. Ira Latrell Toles described how Chauvin nearly killed him while responding to a domestic violence call in 2008
Why am I not surprised? Why isn't anyone in the Diaspora Communities across America not surprised that Derek Chauvin's, the officer who keeled on George Floyd's neck eventually killing him that it is not his first rodeo? We have learned of such things even before the Rodney King incident how policeman are not held culpable for their violent raciest behavior but are usually put on administrative leave with pay or transferred to other percents. Black America has been dealing with such injustices and violence from those who are paid to protect us for far too long.
Even the officers fired over the Rodney King incident was hired by other California city percents. That is just how they do it and it has always been. Now, you all know that the false depictions of "Blacks" in America are mostly manufactured to protect a raciest society.
Redding, California was one of those cities who received officers from the Rodney King incident. Redding has become over ran with raciest even to date. Growing up in Redding in the 60’s was a challenge as well if you were a Person of Color. Many could not get jobs. Those who did were grossly underpaid. Therefore, they did not have money to fight by hiring an attorney to represent them. The norm was to pile on the charges to make something stick through the almighty plea bargain. That technique is widely used still today. Therefore, the majority of People of Color had a police record becoming a number in their unjust System by the time they were 21 or younger.
What many do not know is that Redding use to hang people down by the Sacramento River. Even Old Shasta became a tourist site for its remnants of the local containment center. Redding became a town that prisoners were paroled to. There are many other towns, cities and Northern States who has helped to disenfranchise People of Color, police harassment, profiling and murder by badge who has wrongfully accused People of Color for over 400 years while humanity has turned blind eyes to the plight of “Black” America.
I said all the above to say that until the American legal System is changed from the "Good ole boy", "keep the Nigger running" racist attitudes and the implementation of Color of Law to one of justice and integrity; they will come under judgement of a higher Divine Law! "On Wednesday, Ben Crump, the attorney representing Floyd's family, said without video footage of the incident, police 'would have given a false narrative and they would've swept it under the rug,' he told Today." Absolutely! For those of you who think that police do not falsify false and embellished reports, all I have to say is that you have never been touched by the long unjust arms of the law. Most people of Color have experienced some type of injustice, profiling and harassment in some form by the so-called justice System in America. It is a known fact that police officers will apply as many false charges on you as possible so when the case they have made goes to court, there will most often be a 'plea bargain' to make you appear guilty of something they have fabricated. The pathetic part is that the judges more than likely know. Otherwise they are not very intelligent and should not be sitting on a bench imputing a one-sided biased law.
It was reported that the initial statement that was released by the Minneapolis Police Department were missing details of the officers initial contact and of course, did not include details of the officers' altercation with Floyd that caused his medical distress. Had it not been for the cameras from two different restaurants, those officers would have gotten away scot-free. Brian Kemp’s critics demanded he apologize for a photo that surfaced Friday (October 26, 2018) that featured him posing with an anti-Muslim extremist who wore a shirt that read: “Allah is not God, and Mohammad is not his prophet.”
Perhaps the first circulation of the above photo was "miscaptioned" and was removed from a recent post on Facebook. The post suggested that photo was of Governor Brian Kemp of Georgia and Gregory McMichaels, the father of Travis McMichaels, the murderers of 25-year-old Ahmaud Arbery on Feb. 23 in southern Georgia.
This photo has been researched as true and shows the lack of good judgment and lack of integrity and a past of raciest situations in Governor Shaw's history. Was the thumbs up due to the job of wrecking havoc among raciest European hate extremist groups or denigrating Muslims and their beliefs in the ONE GOD, interpreted from Arabic as ALLAH? Whatever the case Kemp was called on to apologize for posing with anti-Muslim extremist.
The man on the left is Kemp, but the man on the right wearing an Islamophobic T-shirt is not Gregory McMichael, the father of Travis McMichaels who both ran down Arbery as Travis executed him while jogging. The photo features another controversial person, James J. Stachowiak.
Stachowiak is described by the Southern Poverty Law Center as a former police officer and the owner of the anti-government propagandist “Freedom Fighter Radio,” who has repeatedly urged his listeners to consider lone wolf vigilante acts of violence. McMichaels was also a former police officer who thought he was above the law and still had the power to make false reports in an accusation against Arbery in a call to 911. This was an attempt to sway and to mislead the investigation into the father/son duo who went out of their way to detain and to shoot Mr Arbery in a premeditated murderous spree.
The picture was reportedly taken at an event during Republican Kemp’s 2018 campaign against Stacey Abrams.

Just last week, I was accosted by healthcare workers (in a filthy unsanitized area in the neighborhood where I reside, next to an open sewer) who attempted to lie and convince me that "you cannot travel to the States unless you get this Yellow Fever injection." Yeap, how many of you took it?
Ha, first, I have no intentions of returning to Babylon. The Ancestors have drawn me here; the Spirit has sent me with a universal message sanctioned by the Most High G-D and I have no intentions of abandoning my reason for being on this earth.
Secondly, Ghana operates under outdated uninformative colonial/slave laws that are detrimental to all who has been hoodwinked into taking immunizations. Neither will 'they' ever get opportunity other than that they already have used on Africans on a daily basis in tainted foods, GMO imports or Chem Clouds with micro particles and micro insect drones they currently use to depopulate and target Ghana/Africa.
Well, I had to school them. When I landed at KOTOKA International Airport in Accra, Ghana nearly 4 years ago. I had to school Immigration and Ghana Security upon my refusal to neither pay them nor take the immunizations. I caused quite a ruckus as those behind me followed suite. Therefore, they wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible. The first and last time I ever saw an African unite in a just cause.

This photo was taken on 8/09/2017 One year later than the same opening.
Since being in Cape Coast, I have paid outrageous costs for contaminated water at a rate higher than I would pay in the US. Ghana Water Company ignore complaints and shakes under the rug, to my landlord, as the recipient of their contaminated water as having done something to the water instead of investigating the situation. Therefore, they are either aware and don't care or are grossly incompetent at doing their job. Perhaps both.
For the past year, I have personally seen workers at the source of the water supply in the neighborhood where I live, removed the cover and has never recovered it to this day.
I have not verified this, however, I have been told that the chlorine that is supposed to go for water treatment is sold by workers versus treating the water that is supplied to Cape Coast residents. I believe the lack of supervision, accountability, culpability, insufficient training and selfish greed contributes to unhealthy and unsafe water supply that affect the health of Cape Coast residents.
Tap water that was intended to do laundry with bleach and detergent added.
It is most obvious, not to mention disturbing that the water is grossly contaminated well beyond any safe social, health and usable human standards. Why?
The only other options to this health and safety hazard would be that Power Zone Bleach, which is chlorine, is tainted or the Wonder Wash Detergent Powder, which was the only available choice I had at the time, is tainted.
Water used for drinking and cooking should be free of pathogenic (disease causing) microorganisms that cause such illnesses as typhoid fever, dysentery, cholera, and gastroenteritis. It is important to add sufficient chlorine to the water to meet the chlorine demand and provide residual disinfection. Purification of drinking water containing pathogenic microorganisms requires specific treatment of disinfection. Chlorine combines with chemicals dissolved in water, microorganisms, small animals, plant material, tastes, odors, and colors.
As can be seen in the photo and videos above this water is neither colorless nor odorless. Ordinarily the water supplied has a blackish or brownish tint. I have also received from a reliable source that the sachets of water that everyone uses, their processing plant is located in close proximity of open sewers. Even the Unilever Pure It Purification System that I use, on one occasion I noticed a green mold fungi growing at the bottom of the container. Of course Unilever has a disclaimer of the effectiveness of their Purification System "depending upon the water source".
Although several methods of purification eliminates disease-causing microorganisms in water, chlorination is the most commonly used and is effective against many pathogenic bacteria. Chlorine used at what has been coined as "normal dosage rates" do not kill all viruses, cysts, or worms. However, when combined with filtration, chlorination is an excellent way to disinfect drinking water supplies.
Chlorine, is not in itself a toxic chemical. However in some circumstances, chlorine can react with naturally occurring organic compounds found in the water supply to produce compounds known as disinfection by-products (DBPs). The most common DBPs are trihalomethanes (THMs) and haloacetic acids (HAAs). Trihalomethanes are the main disinfectant by-products created from chlorination with two different types, bromoform and dibromochloromethane, which are mainly responsible for health hazards. In high doses, bromoform mainly slows down regular brain activity. I am no scientist, however I believe that these chemicals block inhibitors that keeps Africans from producing melanin. Therefore effecting their cognitive thinking abilities, which is manifested by symptoms such as sleepiness or sedation. The effects depend on the duration of exposure to the chemicals and the amount ingested into the body. Chronic exposure of both bromoform and dibromochloromethane can cause liver and kidney cancer, as well as heart disease, unconsciousness, or death in high doses.
Garbage is yet another issue.

and perhaps a few independents. I would question what they do with the refuse.
Every community container I have seen is running over with garbage unemptied so that the area surrounding the containers looks like an unattended land-field. According to Ghana News in an article written by EDMUND SMITH-ASANTE 22 JULY 2015 Ghana is the 7th dirtiest country in the world. Asante writes: "Ghana
has slipped further on its sanitation performance globally to become the
world’s 7th worst performing country..." However, I must give credit to where credit is due. The cleanest town that I have seen where the people take pride in their surroundings is Ajumako. Hats off to you. I did not like being awakened at six in the morning with announcements over a town loudspeaker reminding the people to clean their area. However, now I see the need to take the people by the hand and remind them. Perhaps other towns should follow suite. Instead of those obnoxious preachers, politicians and some companies promoting their products and own agendas disturbing peoples sleep and peace in the early mornings; leaders should be as constructive, proactive and informative as the leaders of Ajumako.
Ghanaians have been burning refuse for god knows how long, thinking that it is the thing to do as always. Perhaps the costs of hauling trash is a factor for many. However, there obviously are no appropriate governing agencies to oversee either the safe, moral or sanitary way of elimination of trash. Therefore, Ghanaians contribute to pollution by burning as well as the contamination of the soil.
However, Just as the open sewers with raw sewage being pumped into open drains and contaminated water supply contribute to pollution and toxic fumes, the atmosphere is also being brutally damaged by burning anything and everything. Broke-down vehicles are left along roadsides and areas that creates more of an environmental eye-sore and hazards. Ghanaians seem to be either oblivious to these detriments or are unaware of the devastation, pollution and health issues they bring upon themselves and the dishonoring of Mother Earth.
Now, my questions are what are Health Services doing about It? What is the EPA doing about it? What is the water company doing about it? What are the elected government officials going to do about it?
It is so appalling the way many of Ghana live simply because of the lack of information, education and supervisory agencies that the people are contributing to health issues and hazards that need not be.
The following videos were taken from my window of a neighbor pumping raw sewage into the open sewers. This sewage, I believe ends up in the water supply. These videos were taken on two separate occasions less than two weeks apart.
So, why aren't these agencies who are responsible for public safety not educating the people? Why are they not doing their job?
Ghanaians, Just stop it!
You are killing yourselves and they, your government is allowing it by not making certain these so-called protection agencies do their job. They are helping you to hasten your demise. I must also include your religious leaders and schools who should be teaching awareness and the importance of health and proper sanitation. They all are lagging at their jobs to protect and serve. You deserve better! You citizens also have a responsibility to take an active part in the healthful maintenance of your cities. As long as you litter and sit idle doing or saying nothing about your conditions, you too are held culpable to G-D and country for your lack of action and the unwise stewardship of this land you have been blessed with.
