Helpful considerations when you are thinking about repatriating to the Motherland.
The most important consideration is to have a clear understanding of your reason for repatriating. Understand it is your ancestral homeland not your country. Prepare yourself for culture shock in many areas. Following is a list of 10 areas of consideration that are important prior to making that ultimate relocation.
1. Have a plan for survival
2. Be open to major changes
3. Study basic protocol
4. Basic knowledge of local language
5. Consider potential health care
6. Death and burial decisions
7.Contacts and communications
8.Relationship with family, friends and your new community
9.Money and receiving transfers
10.Initial accommodations and housing adjustments.
These ten basic considerations were written and submitted by one of our Diaspora Queen Mothers, ExConvener of CRAAAG and author of several books on African Protocol.
These ten basic considerations should not be taken lightly. It is suggested that one goes above and beyond them. Do your research. Take precautions to bring extra bags with those “things you cannot do without”. Plan well. I suggest an extension to number five to procure health and medical insurance from your country of origin that will cover you while in a foreign country, should be your highest priority.
Do not trust that information you receive from locals, friends or those who have visited Africa will apply to you. For the most part, intentions are pure; however, the difference in cultures, communications and mindsets may have a totally different meaning or intent than what you might expect. Therefore, expect everything, yet nothing and prepare for everything! As bad as I hate to say it, watch your back! Always remember that most Ghanaians have an agenda that may be far from anything you have ever experienced and far beyond your intentions or what you may believe their congenial behavior and helpfulness to be. It is also imperative that you contact one of the Diaspora Community organizations who are members of the Pan African Diaspora Coalition such as CRAAAG, BADA and AAAG. However, The most important and profound aspects of the Year of Return that is somehow not acknowledged, in particular, by a Nation who lives, works, eat and sleep religion; is the elimination and/or rejection of the prophetic and spiritual implications and fulfillments of the Restoration and Freedom from 400 Years of bondage prophesized in the Holy Bible.
"There are two (2) major kinds of African Diaspora. There are the Continental African Diaspora and the History African Diaspora. The former’s fate is of will, and the latter’s fate is of the greatest crime against humanity: slavery. Continental African Diasporas are found all over the world in search of new environments, prosperous tendencies, higher education, greener pastures etc. On the other hand, Historical African Diasporas are victims of the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade that transported a ballpark figure of 12.5 million to the U.S.A, and others to different parts of Europe." The above excerpts is from an article written by Dufie Boakye. The article not only spells out the differences in the two types of Diasporas, as they pertain to this Year of Return, in my opinion, it captures the heart of the Pan African Vision for a United Africa.
While many Africans are oblivious to the "Historical Diaspora"; those coined by the historical Diasporian Community as HUG by Kohain Nathanyah HaLevi of CRAAAG, Executive Officer of PANAFEST and Administrator of the Pan African Diaspora Coalition was adopted.
The term a Historically Unique Group (HUG) was adopted as a means to clarify the differences in two distinct groups of Diasporas. This was not an attempt to separate the African from the Africans of Diaspora but to identify their unique experiences and flagrant injustices sustained as a result of slavery and the injustices in foreign lands. This is so a place would be made for those of HUG as to not continue to fall through the cracks in our Mother Land.
It is hoped that this historical group of Diasporas would be treated as Africans, not foreigners in the repatration and immigration process. It is also hoped that concessions would be made for those of HUG just as other Diasporas living or visiting Ghana/Africa.

"Year end for CRAAAG marked a new beginning of empowerment for Diasporas home and abroad. The acronym HUG, Historically Unique Group is the language adopted for the Diasporas, versus the sometimes offensve language, was introduced by Rabbi Kohain Halevi at the Diaspora Unity Meeting organized by the Office of Diaspora Affairs at the Office of the President in Accra in November.
Members of the Universal Pan African Coaltion of Ghana were represented (by unamious vote) with Rabbi Halevi asking the distinguished Panel questions submitted by individuals and members of the Coalition. The Panel consisted of the Hon. Akwasi Ababio and his assistant from Diaspora Affairs at the Office of the President, Madame Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hon. Botchwey, the Director and Assistant Director of Ghana Immigration Services and chaired by Kofi Appong Busdu.

The acronym HUG has significance as Africans have not truly recognized the Diasporas as African or considered them to be an integral part of African History. As a result of the rejections, the Diaspora has been treated as foreigners and aliens--Oburoni in their own Motherland. Diasporas should be embraced with a welcoming hug as they repatriate home. There should be special consisderations and concessions that are not accorded them as African Returnees. The Africans of Diasporas are coming home. "I've been watching Bollywood movies since I was a toddler and I've never seen any scene where a western preacher walks into a village, goes to a Hindu temple, confronts the Hindu priests, battles the Hindu gods, wins, burns down the temple and converts the entire village to Christianity.
I've been watching Chinese movies too since like forever and I've never witnessed a scene like that.
But 80% of our Nollywood movies with plots set during the colonial era and even modern times have scripts like this; scenes of African gods being defeated by the white man's god.
Does it mean that the white man's god is powerless against Lord Shiva, Lord Krishna, Buddha, Allah and all the Asian gods?
Is it only when matched against the black man's gods that the white man's juju is on top form?
Let me tell you something: Religion is nothing but a war of cultural identity and superiority.
And Africa lost.
The Indians and the Chinese held their gates.
They rejected every aspect of colonialism that sought to tarnish and belittle their cultural heritage.
That's why they stand proud today.
That's why you'll never find such scenes in their movies.
That's why you and I will never see anything wrong with a samurai, ninjas, kong fu, tai chi, yoga and all the things we see in movies from the lands of the rising sun.
Heck, Most of us wanted to be ninjas after watching Five Elements of Ninja and American Ninja, as kids.
The fact that ninjas are historically soulless blood thirsty assassins used by Japanese emperors to inflict fear and death on rebellious provinces didn't even matter. We all loved them regardless.
But the very sight of a dibia in a Nollywood movie would send negative signals to our brains.
Why do we always portray our cultural heritage in a negative light?
Yes, they were crude and barbaric; evil even.
But which ancient culture wasn't?
Even the bible and Quran cultures you hold so dearly are no exceptions.
It's funny how a lot of Africans still believe the white man gave them Christianity to save their souls and bring them salvation.
I laugh in 400 years of black slavery and subjugation.
Given how the white man treated our ancestors, like animals, how on earth are you people able to convince yourselves that they gave a f**k about the black man's soul.
We were animals without souls to them!
Don't you see that you're still slaves?
It's 2019, the white mans world is working on innovative ideas. But Nigerian Facebook is lit with arguments of church tithes and offerings.
Is this how we're going to be great?

Please know that there is a very distinct difference in what is now termed by most African leaders as "Diaspora". Ghana's concept and first 'obligation' to Diasporas are to "their own" NOT the original Diaspora. The original Diaspora are they who were forcefully removed from their Mother Land of Africa through the Slave Trade wars and the African Holocaust; versus those Africans who dissented from Africa for their piece of that 'American Pie' or a 'land flowing with milk and honey' for the 'European lifestyles'. This led to the distinctive phrase, coined by Ghana's prominent Diaspora leader, business man, politician and Rabbi, Kohain Nathanyah HaLevi, Chair of the Pan African Diaspora Coalition and PANAFEST; to the acronym HUG--Historically Unique Group. HUG also served as a positive identification tag to the offensive reference of Diasporas by Africans as Obroni (Oburoni). While even Africans who leave Africa for a better life to return to build Africa and support the economies of their countries of origin are treated with evil jealous contempt, from their own clans, tribes, etc; the Original Diaspora, those of HUG, are treated so much worse than those Africans who left Africa on their own free will. However, never, never, will this justify the blatant disregard for any human life!
What I post here are often original Word. I post excerpts for the general public that leads those serious to read the blog and to search for truth. Frankly, because many are they who are unable to endure full truth. Thus, the reason for the blog PREPARING MINDSETS FOR A HIGHER TRUTH for the advanced serious students.

THIS IS ONE SUCH CONVERSATION WITH AN AWAKENED ONE IN RESPONSE TO THE ABOVE VIDEO AND THE MURDERS OF DIASPORAS IN GHANA!
WE PUT OUR LIVES AT STAKE FOR THE SAKE OF OUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS OF WHOM MANY THINK OUR SACRIFICE OF LOVE IS MERELY FOR OUR PERSONAL FINANCIAL GAIN AND THINK THAT THEY ARE ENTITLED TO OUR MONEY; THEY THINK THAT WE OWE THEM. Many are unable to see that we are not only the fulfillment of prophecy of returnees to Africa under Divine Mandate but do not see us as nothing but financial investors in Africa's future. Neither are they aware that the "Foreign Aid" money they receive is our tax money as they continue to refuse to pay taxes! I will continue to say: DIASPORAS COME TO BUILD UP NOT TO TEAR DOWN OR TO BE TREATED DEPLORABLY AND AS AFRICA'S "CASH COW". Receive what you will.
"Yes, there were two Diasporas in Ghana who were outright murdered. Others have been "ritually" killed all over land and money. The killers were never found nor were the incidents investigated because of the overall false concepts Ghanaians hold of Diasporas from an intentional and contrived false raciest Western and European perspective.
They kill us, they reject us, yet they need us! Unfortunately, many are too ignorant to know it. The educational system continues to produce PhD's with a colonial mindset of control, disparagement for their brothers and sisters; with propensity of greed to "get all one can get, however, they can get it, at others expense and at the harm of others". And that, all in the name of religion.
The majority of Africans know nothing of their true history or the true history of "Africa". Therefore, they have lost touch with our true Ancestors--The Ancients of Days. Also many "Blacks" in the States and around the world as well.
They think that we, Diasporas ought to connect with, what they call and think are tribal and Ancestral, tradition and culture. However, the culture and tradition they think theirs, has already been tainted by being colonized for over 400 years! I submit, over 6000 years from the final experimental success of the Adomites to today!
I believe there was peace on this earth prior to the cursed leprous race of people, of "Project 24"; called Adam/Eve of whom the demigod ENKI tried to duplicate without permission of divine consort; the "Children of the Sun"--those "Stars of Light", from the Pleiades! These Stars of Light souls were "Seeded" with divine DNA, by the LaMUrians, who came to be known as the Moo's, (A blue black people who shined with the effulgence of gods, kings and queens who ruled the earth in peace:); eventually became known as Moors.
So, those of you Africans who think Diasporas of HUG are not "African", neither are you!
With evolution, the WAY OF THE ANCIENTS OF DAYS became tainted by Arab colonial invaders called MUslims. (As more Africans converted from African Spiritualty to Islam, they considered a more peaceful and better way of life over Christianity.)
We already know the story of Christianity who started their creation history, stolen from OUR history, evolution and African Spirituality.
Therefore, Africans, for the most part, are trying to find that divine link back to the Ancients of Days, in a way that is in conflict with their divine DNA.
Thus, the reason for the Ancestors initiation of the Harmonic Convergence of the Shift in Consciousness--TO RESTORE ROYAL NATIONS OF PEOPLES to once again rule the earth.
Its such simple principles and concepts; whitewashed and woven in the European and Western worlds false histories and lies that we all miss it; while claiming to be this or that instead of who we truly are. Catch the vision of parts of true life in Ghana/Africa. Diasporas have no protection or recourse and are brutalized by a biased legal System, comparable to "Color of Law?" in the US; a biased lawful System that is suppose to protect them but lack integrity, fairness and justice prevents fair imputation of the law. Not for Diasporas only but poor Ghanaians. However, there are very strong biases towards Diasporas over Ghanaians. The 400 years of bondage is over. This is the Year of Return for all Africans. It is not all about money or boosting tourism It's bigger than Ghana! Its called Restoration! The regaining control of our Motherland--physically,economically,emotionally, spiritually. It's time for Africans to unite and SANKOFA!
