Their is a word popularly being used now to describe a person who effectively puts forth a false narrative in order to deceive.
This false narrative leads another person or a group of people to doubt their own perceptions; and, become disoriented or distressed. The Term is called "gaslighting". Gaslighting is defined as making someone question their own reality.
This is a theory and dynamic first used against "Black" people and People of Color prior to its conception from the 1944 movie where brainwashing and mental anguish was inflicted upon a wife by her husband to prove that she was insane.
Prime examples of gaslighting used as a vehicle in order to keep Nations of people in bondage, darkness, confusion and mental trauma; Take away their identity and culture; and, to be controlled by the powers to be are the Willie Lynch Letter (1712); The International Missionary Union Conference (1920) and certainly the religious cult of colonized Christianity introduced to North America by the Europeans in the 16th and 17th centuries.
So, why they are so upset and refer to Mr. Obama's words as gaslighting, in one of his speeches recently, is totally out of context and inappropriate to me.
Gaslighting is not necessarily malicious or intentional. Although, in the case of "Black" and Brown Americans and all Melaninated People around the World; gaslighting has been the case since that first slave ship--The Good Ship Jesus reached the shores of the United States.
Some of you are still waiting on Jesus (of Lubeck) to return and save you.
Catch the vision; Jesus is not coming back to save you. The Christ has already come; the Christ Principles has never left! Christ lives in the heart of humanity through the Christ Principles. It is those Principles that will save you, transliterate you, and renew your mind in power, might and light!
Restoration has come! "Put on the Mind of a Christ". The only way to that heavenly, Beyond the Veil is as a Christ.
It is time for the Chosen Generation and "Joint Heirs" to move out of that old conscious energy that tells you that Jesus is coming back to resave you and that Jesus is the only way! It is you and the Christ within you who will save you.
